Okay, let me rewind, 1st 3 months I drank twice a month just because I REALLY wanted to drop the weight FAST and the only challenge with alcohol is HOW you eat afterward and I am really bad at controlling my hangover food.
I practice what I preach. Yes, I drink wine, have cheat meals, enjoy nachos now and then and I am only human. I do not eat like a Rabbit and I am not on a diet. I just learned my limits, I train hard and I eat a balanced diet 80% of the time.
